    Creamy Milk Chocolate Fudge

This is an easy and creamy milk chocolate fudge. This isn't as heavy as dark fudge and never goes sugary. This also freezes quite well.

    List of Ingredients

    • 4 cups sugar
    • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
    • 1 cup butter
    • 18-24 oz milk chocolate chips
    • 1 cup nuts, optional

    Instructions

    1. Combine sugar and milk in a large pan. Bring to a boil. Boil 11 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    2. Add butter and chocolate chips. Stir until butter is incorporated and mixture is creamy. Add nuts.
    3. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan and let set. When cool, cut into pieces.

    Final Comments

The only time this hasn't worked well for me is when I haven't stirred in the butter long enough. A little extra beating at this stage ensures wonderful fudge.
