    Biscuit Mix Dumplings

    2 cups biscuit mix
    2/3 cups milk

    Mix to make soft dough. Do not over mix.
    Drop by about 1/4 cups on top of bubbling stew, barely bubbling.
    Cook uncovered for 10 minutes, cover and cook another 10 minutes. Do not lift lid until the 10 minutes are up.
    Check a biscuit, if still dry in the center, cover and cook a few minute more.

    Makes 10 dumplings.

    These are great with Chicken Fricassee, stews, and about anything with sauerkraut
