    Resurrection Rolls.


    These are normally served on Easter. The centers are hollow. Children love them at any time.

    1 package frozen rolls, thawed
    25 large marshmallows
    1/4 cup melted butter
    6 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    Flatten each roll and top with a marshmallow. Pinch dough closed around it.
    Let rise to double in size.
    Preheat oven to 350 F
    Roll in butter and cinnamon sugar.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
