    Praline Confections

    20 to 24 graham crackers
    1 cup butter
    1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 cup pecans, finely chopped
    Preheat oven to 350 F
    Line one 15x10x1 or two 9 inch square pans with whole graham crackers.
    Bring butter and sugar to a rolling boil, boil for 2 minutes.
    Remove from the heat , when bubbling has stopped, add the chopped pecans
    Spoon over crackers.
    Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
    Cool slightly, cut into 1 inch squares.
