    A great summer desert, very light . This is from an old newspaper clipping. The paper is yellow and crisp. The desert, however is as fresh as ever.

    6 cream puff shells
    1 can (13 1/2 ounces) pineapple tidbits
    1 package (3 ounces) lemon-flavored gelatin
    1/2 cup prepared whipped topping
    1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
    1/2 cup maraschino cherries
    1 orange

    Drain the pineapple and reserve the juice.
    Prepare gelatin, according to package directions, using pineapple juice for part of cold water. Chill until partially thickened.
    While gelatin is chilling prepare maraschino cherries, by chopping. Peel, section, and dice the orange.
    To partially thickened gelatin, fold in whipped topping and all the fruit.
    Use to fill cream puff shells
