Walnut Swiss-Cheese Sandwich

These are a must on a tray of assorted finger sandwiches

Mix equal part of grated Swiss Cheese and chopped walnut meats.
Add a dash of cayenne and enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Spread on whole wheat bread.
