    Barb's Fruit Dip

    Great dip for fruit platter.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tbsp. orange rind
    • 1 tsp lemon rind
    • 2 tsp. lemon juice
    • small carton of whipping cream


    Instructions


    1. Whip egg. Add all ingreidents, except cream, together.
    2. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
    3. Fold in carton of whipping cream.
    4. Chill.
