    French Onion Potatoes


    List of Ingredients


    • 5 - 6 medium potatoes
    • 1 tin mushrooms, drained
    • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • motzzerella Chesse grated


    Instructions


    1. Cube potatoes.
    2. Add all ingredients except cheese.
    3. Bake in a 350 degree oven, covered, for 50 minutes.
    4. Remove cover, add cheese and broil till brown.
