    Cheese Surprise

    1 cup Extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz) black pitted olives, chopped
    mayonnaise
    1 pkg English Muffins

    Combine equal amounts of cheese and olives. Mix in mayo to moisten. Spread mixture on muffins. Quick freeze on sheets for 20 minutes. Remove and cut in quarters.

    These can be frozen new or heated in oven @350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until puffy.
