Sausage Balls- 2

3 cups Bisquick
10 oz. sharp grated cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage
Have meat at room temperature. Mix all in large bowl. Roll into balls 1 inch size.
Place on cookie sheet. Serve warm.
Balls may be shaped and frozen on cookie sheet when frozen. Place in bags. Allow
extra cooking time if forzen.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
