    Fly Off the Plate Pancakes

    1 cup flour
    1 tbls baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tbls sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup milk
    2 tbls sour cream
    2 tbls melted margarine, cooled


    In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat together egg, mix, sour cream, margarine. Pour into dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. If batter gets too thick, add milk. Heat griddle brushed with oil. Pour batter by spoonful.
