Meat Loaf and Barbecue Sauce

1 cup ketchup
1 tbls brown sugar
2 tbls cider vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup water
1 cup bread stuffing
1 tsp onion flakes
i green pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef





1 cup ketchup
1 tbls brown sugar
2 tbls cider vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup water
1 cup bread stuffing
1 tsp onion flakes
i green pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef






Recipe



Mix ketchup, sugar, vinegar and garlic salt. Remove one half cup and set aside. To sauce, add water, stuffing, onion, pepper, salt, pepper and egg. Add beef. Mix well. Pack into pan. Spread reserved sauce. Bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes.
