    Angel Salad

    2 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 eggs -- well beaten
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    2 tablespoons sugar



    Recipe



    Cook together, stirring constantly, until thick.

    Cool.

    Add 2 c. small marshmallows 2 c. crushed pineapple (drained) 1 c. chopped pecans.

    Let stand overnight. Before serving fold in 1 container whipped cream (1/2 pint), and 6 tablespoons of sugar. Serves 8.
