Simple Fish Coating

1 cup flour (bread)
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder






Recipe



Mix up flour, salt, cold water, cover and let stand 30 minutes. Then add baking powder. Dip fish in, then deep fry at 375 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
