    Gail's Lobster Rolls









    1 cup cooked lobster
    1/2 tsp lemon and pepper
    Dash of salt
    Dash of celery salt
    1/4 cup mayo or salad dressing
    6 hot dog buns
    Lettuce

    Add seasonings ingredients to cooked and flaked lobster. Mix well.
    Fold in salad dressing and lettuce. Spread mixture into toasted hot dog buns.

    Serves 6.
