    Special Seafood Casserole

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups lobster, cut up
    1 cup crab or shrimp
    2 cups fresh or frozen scallops, simmered till tender
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 tbsp finely chopped onion

    Cream Sauce:

    8 tbsp butter
    10 tbsp flour
    1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    2 1/2 cups milk




    Recipe



    Melt butter. Add dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.Gradually add milk and cool slowly until thick. Add seafood. Pour into casserole dish and cover with bread or cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Dot with butter. Cook in oven slowly until browned.
