    12 ounces sunflower seeds
    1 box Chex cereal
    1 box raisins

    No cooking needed. Mix together in one large bowl (to your desire of amounts).
    Add the ingredients above).

    I usually put into a very large mixing bowl with cover then when all ingredients are in, cover and shake. Simply nutritious, fast and easy. Great snack, appetizers and party food.
