Hi, You have lots of terrific things on your page, but you might want to take another look at your "Baguettes" recipe. It only calls for 4 Tbsp. of flour in the whole thing. I've made enough bread to know that that amount of flour will give you a little bit of wallpaper paste, but no bread! Just thought you'd want to know. Best, Ron
