    Spicy Chicken Cigars - 3

    This is very spicy may want to cut down spices to taste

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound uncooked ground chicken breast
    4 sheet phyllo dough
    2 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp poultry seasoning
    2 serving grill seasoning (McCormick)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
    1/2 cup onion(s)
    2 Tbsp parsley
    1 Tbsp chives

    ** Preheat oven to 425*
    Mix chicken and spices, onion, parsley and chives together. Place a sheet of phyllo on a non stick cookie sheet, spray then brush evenly with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, top with the second sheet. Take half the chicken and form a 1-inch thick log the length of the long side of the phyllo dough. Roll the log tightly, placing edge to the bottom. Repeat with remaining phyllo dough and chicken. Cut logs into 3 "cigars" and brush with a bit more I Can't Believe It's Not Butter. Bake at 425 for 12-17 minutes until golden brown
