1 pound ground round
1 (15-ounce) can chunky Italian-style tomato sauce
Cooking Spray
1 ½ cups (6 ounces) part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
1 (10-ounce) Refrigerated Pizza dough
Recipe
1. Cook meat in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring until it crumbles. Drain, if necessary, and return to skillet.
2. Add tomato sauce, and cook over medium-high heat until thoroughly heated.
3. While meat cooks, coat a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough, and press into bottom and up sides of baking dish.
4. Top with meat mixture.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 12 minutes.
6. Top with cheese, and bake 5 additional minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts.
7. Cool 5 minutes before serving
