    5 oz Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    2 large egg(s)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 items egg white(s)
    1/8 tsp cream of tartar
    1/2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
    6 oz raspberries

    Line 8"pan with foil and spray with PAM. Preheat oven to 350. Boil 3c water and have pan ready approx 2"larger than 8" square. Place chocolate in large mixing bowl. Put eggs and vanilla in small bowl. Place egg whites in mixing bowl. Set all bowls aside.
    -Combine 2/3 csugar, cocoa and flour in pan, add milk to form smooth paste. Mix in remaining milk. Simmer until mixture visibly thickens and put over chocolate in bowl.. Wisk in egg yolk mixture and set aside.
    -Beat egg yolks until you get peaks, add cream of tartar and 1/4 c sugar and mix until peaks form. Fold 1/4 white into chocolate and gradually add the rest. Spread into 8" pan.
    -Set filled cake pan into larger pan and fill outer pan with boiling water to come 1/3 way up filled pan.
    -Bake exactly 20 minutes.
    -Refrigerate at least overnight and up to 2-3 days before serving.
    -Cut into 49 squares and garnish each with fresh berry.
    -Very sticky to cut, runnning knife under hot water between cuts helps.
    -Chill until right before serving.
