    List of Ingredients




    2 (16 oz.) bags of any frozen fruit
    1 (18.25 oz) box yellow cake mix
    1 (12 oz.) can diet Sprite or diet 7-Up

    Recipe



    Place both bags of frozen fruit into a 13x9" sprayed with Pam baking dish (do not thaw). Sprinkle DRY cake mix over the top of frozen fruit. Pour entire can of diet Sprite or 7-up over mixture. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Uncover and bake an additional 40 minutes. After it cools for about 1/2 hour, it is ready to eat ~ still warm and absolutely delicious.

    Yields: 12 servings
    1 serving equals 3 WW pts.

    (I like to stir the cake mix and can of soda together in a bowl before I pour over frozen fruit, it bakes more evenly ~ also I sprinkle not more than a tbsp. of conf. sugar on top of finished cake so it is a pretty topping)
