    Lemon Cheesecake Pie - 3

    List of Ingredients




    1 (8 oz) ff cream cheese
    1/2 tub of 8 oz FF cool whip
    1 pkg lemon sf ff instant pudding mix
    1 c. 1% milk
    1 reduced fat graham pie crust.

    Recipe



    Mix cream cheese and half of milk with mixer til smooth then add dry pudding mix and rest of milk and mix til smooth. Fold in 4 ou. of ff cool whip mix well. Put into graham crust. Let chill 2 - 4 hours before serving. Cut into 8 pieces - 3 pt ea.

    Special Notes

    You can use sf white chocolate pudding mix if you can't find lemon but I always add drained crushed pineapples on top of each piece before serving when using white chocolate to add some flavor. I buy my sugar free lemon pudding mix at Kroger's. in their brand.
