    List of Ingredients




    1 medium yellow onion, sliced
    8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 pound Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef or 96% Lean Ground Round
    1/2 cup apple juice
    1/3 cup bourbon
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons soy sauce
    1 teaspoon marjoram
    1 teaspoon paprika
    6 flour tortillas, 1 point each

    Recipe



    1. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook onions and mushrooms until onions are almost transparent. Stir frequently, and cover the skillet in between to retain moisture.
    2. Add next seven ingredients (through paprika). Crumble ground beef as you brown. Uncover skillet and cook until liquid reduces.
    3. Heat tortillas according to package instructions.
    4. Divide beef mixture between tortilla shells. Wrap and serve.
    Makes 6 servings.

    Cooking Tip: The alcohol in the bourbon "burns off" while cooking, leaving a nice flavor. See the Moroccan Wrap and Philly Style Wrap for variations on this recipe.
