    12 - 1/2 cup servings

    List of Ingredients




    1lb of ground chicken or lean ground beef
    1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes w/ green chilies & liquid
    1 onion
    1 can diet coke
    1 cup ketchup (Heinz so its not too sweet)


    Recipe



    Brown the chicken with the onion.
    Drain and add the diced tomatoes, diet coke and ketchup.
    Cook until desired thickness of sauce.

    Serves 12 @ 2pts each (I use 1/4 cup for each bun) Don't forget to add points for your bun.
