    1 lean boneless pork chop
    1 apple
    Heavy-duty aluminimum foil

    Recipe



    Season the chop to your liking. (I like a dry bbq rub.) Place it on a sheet of foil.
    Core the apple and peel it if you want to. Slice it. Pile the slices on the chop.
    Seal the foil packet, and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
