TENNESSEE CAVIAR

Always a hit!!
1 15 oz can black eye peas, drained
1 11oz can shoe peg corn, drained
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2-4 green onion, sliced
1 cup picante sauce or salsa
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
Recipe
Combine everything and mix gently. Chill overnight. Drain. Serve with tortilla chips.
