    RANCHO BEERNARDO INN WALNUT BREAD
    \
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    1 cup butter or maargarine
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    4 cups flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsps. baking soda
    1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
    2 tsps. vanilla
    2 cups sour cream

    Recipe



    Cream butter and sugar until fully blended. Slowly beat in eggs. In another

    bowl blend four, salt, soda and add to egg mixture. Blend in nuts, vanilla

    and sour cream. Pour batter into two greased and floured loaf pans Bake

    at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to l hour. Test with toothpick.
    Makes two loaves.
