    FRENCH DIP BEEF

    Recipe Introduction

    This is a delicious recipe for French-dip sandwiches.

    List of Ingredients

    4 pound rump roast
    1 can beef broth
    1 can French Onion Soup
    1 12 oz. can beer
    6 French rolls
    2 Tbls. butter

    Recipe

    Trim excess fat from rump roast and place in crockpot. Add the broth, onion soup, beer and cook on low for approx. 7 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350º.
    Split French rolls, spread with butter, bake for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
    Slice meat on diagonal, place on rolls. Serve with sauce for dipping.

    Yummy!
