I just discovered Ramen Noodle Soups recently. They are good and so convenient. However, I thought there were too many noodles so started saving about 1/3rd in a plastic bag. Here is one of the recipes found to use those noodles!


List of Ingredients




4 Tbls. butter
1 tsp. seasoned salt
4 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
2 pkgs. Ramen Noodle Soup Mix (any flavor)
1 cup peanuts
1 cup bite size pretzels
1 cup Cherrios (optional)

Recipe



Preheat oven to 250º. Melt butter in small sauce pan, add salt and Worchestershire Sauce. Break noodles in bite size pieces, discard the seasoning packet. Pour all ingredients into a plastic ziplock bag,close and shake until all is coated with butter mixture. Pour contents of bag into a large roasting pan, bake for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool, store in air tight container.
