    I don't know where I found this recipe, I'd like to thank whoever shared it...tried it and it is good.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. boneless chuck roast, cut into 1" cubes
    1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 soup can beer, non-flat
    1 C. canned or 3 fresh peeled & quartered tomatoes
    1 onion, diced
    4 - 6 medium potatoes, peeled & quartered
    2 - 3 ribs celery, slices into 2" chunks (I cut on a diagonal for appearance)
    2 - 3 carrots, slices into 2" chunks (I cut on a diagonal for appearance)
    1 t. Worchestershire Sauce

    Recipe



    Combine meat, soup, onion soup mix and beer in Dutch oven, Cover and cook on medium-low for 3 hours. Add tomatoes, onions, potatoes, celery, carrots and Worchestershire Sauce. Continue cooking about an hour or until vegetable are done.
