Recipe Introduction

These are easy to make and much like the one's found in stores. Pour 2 cups of water in a large freezer zip-lock bag, add 1/3 cup of rubbing alcahol. Place in freezer for several hous, or, until it feels just right. You can make smaller ice packs by using the smaller freezer bags and adjusting the amounts.
