    Fudge- Chocolate Fudge

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cup sugar
    • 6 oz tin evaporated milk
    • 1 cup margarine
    • 2 - 6 oz pk chocolate chips
    • 1 jar marshmallow cream
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 cup chopped nuts


    Instructions


    1. Mix sugar, milk, margarine. Boil to soft ball (238) on a candy thermometer stirring constantly, about 5 min. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips, add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts.Beat till blended.

    2. Pour into greased 9X13 pan. Cool at room temp.
