    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 3 8 oz cans tomato soup
    • 1 can tomatoes
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 1/4 t. pepper
    • 1/2 t. oregano
    • 1/2 t. basil
    • bay leaves
    • garlic powder
    • 1 8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
    • 1 8 oz. pkg. sliced or grated mozarella cheese
    • 12 oz. cottage cheese
    • 1/3 C. grated parmesian cheese


    Instructions


    1. Brown beef and drain. Stir in tomato soup and spices. Simmer for 20 minutes, covered. Stir occasionally.

    2. Cook noodles and drain. In long casserole, alternate layers of 1/3 each noodles, mozarelli cheese, cottage cheese and meat sauce, ending with 1 1/4 C. meat sauce.

    3. Casserole can be covered and refrigerated several hours before baking, if desired.

    4. Heat oven to 350º. Bake uncovered 40 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesian cheese.
