    Chocolate Butter Cream Icing

    Recipe Introduction


    For chocolate peanut butter icing, add 2 T. peanut butter and omit the salt.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 C. confectioners sugar
    • 1/2 C. Butter or margarine
    • Dash of salt
    • 4 T. cocoa
    • 1 Tsp. vanilla flavoring
    • Enough milk to make a creamy consistency


    Instructions


    1. In mixer, mix all ingredients well. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    2. For peanut butter icing, omit the nuts.
