    Confectioners Sugar Glaze Icing

    Mrs. Cecil Higginbotham to Grandma Jean Mizell

    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 cups confectioners sugar sifted
    • 5 T. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Mix confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth and icing will slowly pour off spoon.

    2. Spoon onto top of cake and let drizzle down the sides. If too thick, add another tablespoon of juice. I use the bottled lemon juice. Shake well. If too thin, add a little more confectioners sugar.
