Confectioners Sugar Glaze Icing

List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners sugar sifted
- 5 T. lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth and icing will slowly pour off spoon.
- Spoon onto top of cake and let drizzle down the sides. If too thick, add another tablespoon of juice. I use the bottled lemon juice. Shake well. If too thin, add a little more confectioners sugar.
