    Easy Roast Beef and Gravey

    List of Ingredients


    • 5 lbs. chuck roast
    • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 T. worchestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325º. Sprinkle half of onion soup mix in bottom of oblong pan or dish. Place roast beef on top of soup mix and sprinkle remaining soup mix on top of roast. Add worchestershire sauce to mushroom soup and stir. Pour soup mixture over roast beef. Cover pan with tinfoil and bake about 2-1/2 hours or until tender.
