    Zippy Mustard Cauliflower

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 medium head cauliflower
    • 1 T. water
    • 1/2 C. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    • 3/4/tsp. minced onion
    • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
    • 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Wash and place cauliflower in 1 1/2 quart casserole or other casserole with cover that holds cauliflower. Add 2 T. water. Cook covered 7 to 8 minutes or until just about tender.
    2. Combine mayonnaise, onion and mustard, mixing well. Place cooked cauliflower on serving plate. Spread mayonnaise mixture over top and about halfway down sides. Sprinkle with cheese.
    3. Cook for 1 minute on high or 2 minutes on low to heat topping and melt chese. 6 to 8 servings.
