    2 c flour
    1 ½ c brown sugar, divided
    ½ c plus 2/3 c butter, divided
    1 c chopped pecans
    1 c chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Thoroughly combine flour, 1c brown sugar and ½ cup butter. Press into ungreased 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. In saucepan, combine 2/3 c butter and ½ c brown sugar. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil ½ to 1 minute or until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Pour over pecans. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spread chocolate chips as they melt. Cut into bars.
