CHOCOLATE GANACHE DRENCHED BERRIES

List of Ingredients
24 Driscoll's long stem strawberries
1 cup whipping cream
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate pieces or chunksRecipe
Rinse the berries, drain on paper towels and then gently pat dry. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine cream, sugar and butter and heat to boiling. Place the chocolate in a heatproof mixing bowl. Pour the boiling cream over the chocolate and let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Let cool to room temperature. Dip berries, one at a time, into ganache, swirling to coat. Hold
over bowl briefly to let excess drip back into bowl. Arrange dipped berries on waxed paper or parchment-lined baking sheet.
