    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 cups all purpose flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
    • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    • 1 Tbsp ice water


    Instructions


    1. Beat butter at medium speed with electric mixture until creamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating well.
    2. Combine flour and salt; add to butter mixture, beating at low speed until blended. Stir in pecans, vanilla and ice water.
    3. Shap dough into 4" sticks. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until browned. Roll in powdered sugar.
