    List of Ingredients


    • 12 oz spaghetti
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 3 large garlic cloves
    • 1 lb cherry tomatoes, chopped
    • 3 - 6 oz cans chopped clams, drained, juices reserved
    • 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
    • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and saute about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes; saute until beginning to soften, about 5 minutes. Add drained clams and basil, stir 1 minute.
    2. Add clam sauce, 1 cup parmesan cheese and lemon juice to pasta. Toss over medium high heat until heated through. Adding clam juice if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
