    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 10 oz fully baked thin pizza
    • 1 3/4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
    • 2 cups roast chicken strips
    • 1/2 tsp cumin
    • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
    • 6 Tbsp frozen corn kernals, thawed and drained
    • 6 Tbsp fresh cilantro
    • 2/3 cup drained fresh salsa


    Instructions


    1. Position rack in center of oven, preheat to 425 degrees. Place center on rimless baking sheet. Leaving 3/4" plain border, sprinke 1 cup cheese, chicken and cumin over crust. Top with onion, 4 Tbsp corn, 4 Tbsp cilantro, 3/4 cup cheese and remainder of corn. Bake pizza until crust is crisp and topping is heated through, about 13 minutes. Top with salsa and remaining cilantro.
    2. *Serve with sour cream if desired.
