    Recipe Introduction


    I used to work with this girl who gave me this recipe. I made this for my husband's birthday and it didn't last very long.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
    • 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
    • 2 Tsp. Baking Soda
    • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
    • 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
    • 2 Cups Sugar
    • 1 Cup Oil
    • 2 Jars Junior Baby Carrots
    • 4 Eggs


    Instructions


    1. Blend oil and sugar together.
    2. Add junior baby carrots to oil and sugar mixture. Mix well.
    3. Add the eggs one at a time while mixing.
    4. In separate bowl, blend dry ingredients. I sift the dry ingredients.
    5. Add dry ingredients to carrot mixture and mix well.
    6. Put in pre heated 350 degree oven and bake for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    7. Remove from oven and let cool. About one hour. Frost cake with homemade cream cheese frosting.
