    Notes on my phyllo egg rolls

    Use filling of ground chicken, cabbage, mushrooms, water chestnuts, green onion, celery etc. Make sure is dryish as phyllo got a bit soggy when cooked. Try using phyllo cups.

    Make into two biters. Maybe about 6 inches square of phyllo, use 4 layers, and roll on the diagonal, folding in ends. This should make them stronger.

    Flash freeze, and package in freezer vacuum bags. This is good to have on hand and dont take long to cook for unexpected company.
