SEAFOOD STUFFED MUSHROOMS

1 - 2 pkgs. white cap fresh mushrooms (I use 2 pkgs)
1/2 stick butter (more if needed)
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1/2 lb. shrimp (can use froz, deveined, etc., do not use canned)
1 small can crab meat (drained & rinsed well)
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (divided in 1/2)
2 Tbsp. Old Bay Crab Boil Seasoning
garlic salt to taste
Wash mushrooms well & drain. Remove stems.
Chop stems fine and sauté with butter, celery, shrimp & garlic salt.
(careful not to overcook Shrimp or they’ll be tough)
Remove shrimp & chop each in 3 pcs (or chopped fine, as desired)
Stir all ingredients (except 1/2 cup cheese) together enough to moisten like a dressing.
Can add warm water or more melted butter if needed.
Stuff mushroom caps with dressing mixture.
Top with reserved grated cheese.
Bake 15 minutes @ 350 degrees.
Note: Bake any leftover dressing in separate greased casserole dish & top with moz. cheese. Serve with crackers or toasted baguette bread to dip with.Recipe
