Friday night is my cocktail night. I have a fomal living room which we call the coctail room, my girlfriends come over for cards and drinks on fridays after a long work week. The kids hide in their room so we dont ask them embaressing questions about puberty and such. Since I used to be a bartender I always whip up something new to try, tonight is a drink I invented called pineapple upside down cake.
(I do this in a rocks glass, but we like our cocktails strong, you can always go with a larger glass and more juice)
List of Ingredients
1 oz vanilla vodka
2 oz pineapple juice
dash of grenadine
shake and serve.
