Here is my entry.
Mexican Red Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Oil
1/2 tablespoon Flour
1/8 cup Chili powder
1 cup Chicken stock
6 ounce(s) Tomato paste
1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Heat oil and add flour. Stir until smooth and cook for at least 1 minute.
Add chili powder and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine.
Boil and then reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
This sauce will thicken and smooth.
