    Glazed Salmon

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
    1 tbsp. honey
    1 tbsp. orange juice concentrate
    1/2 tbsp. hot chili paste
    1/2 tsp. five-spice powder
    6 x 5-oz. salmon fillets

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, orange juice
    concentrate, chili sauce and five-spice powder. Bring to a boil and cook
    about 3 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Cool.
    Pat fish dry and brush both sides with glaze. Broil or grill, turning
    fillets over through broiling to brush on glaze. Repeat until fish has
    cooked for 5 to 6 minutes in total.
