    Honey Garlic Ribs


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lb. spareribs
    • 1/2 cup honey
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 cup soya sauce
    • 4 garlic cloves ,crushed


    Instructions


    1. Cut spareribs into serving pieces. Cook in boiling salted water until tender (1 to 1-1/2 hours). Drain and place in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs in shallow pan. May be refridgerated or frozen at this point. To finish cooking (thaw if frozen), remove ribs from sauce and grill on Barbecue or under broiler in over until crisp and brown, basting generously with sauce.
